Job summary

Airgas is hiring a District Manager for the Assonet, MA area (and Warwick, RI). The DM will lead, direct and motivate Branch, Administrative, Operating, and Sales teams to achieve safety, revenue, and EBITDA goals with full P&L responsibility.

Expect 75% travel within the district and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) and tuition assistance. The role requires a four-year degree and proven sales leadership, with SAP knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires a four-year college degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Sales Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Track record of profitable sales growth and managing a team with P&L responsibility.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate Branch, Administrative, Operating, and Sales teams within the District.
• Oversee safety, top-line growth, and EBITDA performance across branches.
• Manage assets, pricing targets, and customer transitions to Total Access program.
• Ensure training, SAP proficiency, and high customer satisfaction.
