Job summary

Airgas, Inc. in Theodore, AL is seeking a District Manager to lead our retail shop, drive safety, and elevate branch performance.

You will mentor sales teams, optimize resources, and deliver data-driven forecasts to support leadership decisions.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 7+ years in medical sales; strong leadership, communication, and SAP experience preferred.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience (ideally 7+ years in a relevant field).
• Demonstrated experience in medical sales, showcasing industry knowledge.
• A proactive approach to leadership with history of mentoring teams for at least 3 years.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written, with ability to build alignment and stay organized.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Excel and Word; data entry and order extraction experience.

Responsibilities

• Guide and mentor the sales team to safety standards and performance milestones.
• Cultivate exceptional customer service and product knowledge with a collaborative approach to problem resolution.
• Partner with the Branch Manager in hiring, training, and holistic management of employees.
• Prepare insightful sales data and provide forecasts for leadership.
• Coordinate paperwork, inventory, pricing, and profitability to ensure operational health.
