You will strengthen market presence, manage P&L for assigned territory, and foster a culture of continuous learning and collaboration with branch teams and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience with 7+ years in a related field.
• Proven record of sustainable sales growth and profitable expansion.
• Experience mentoring a team and managing P&L in B2B sales or sales operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor sales teams toward safety and performance milestones.
• Provide P&L stewardship for assigned branches and territory.
• Foster exceptional customer service and deep product knowledge.
• Advocate for safety measures with inter-branch alignment.
• Drive profit margins through regional strategic plans and resource optimization.
• Enhance staff selling skills and product expertise through continuous learning.
• Support branch hiring, training, and collaborative development.
• Prepare sales data and forecasts for leadership across the region.
