Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience (ideally 5+ years in a relevant field).
• A proven history of advancing sustainable sales success and profitable growth.
• A proven history of increasing responsibility in B2B sales or sales ops with mentoring and P&L stewardship.

Responsibilities

• Empower, mentor, and support the sales team toward safety standards and performance milestones.
• Provide diligent P&L stewardship for the assigned branches and territory.
• Cultivate exceptional customer service and product knowledge with a collaborative approach.
• Advocate for safety measures and align with safety protocols.
• Optimize profit margins by implementing strategic plans from the Region and Area.
• Enhance selling skills and product expertise through ongoing learning.
• Foster growth and provide guidance on company policies and customer service excellence.
• Partner with the Branch Manager in hiring, training, and staff management.
• Support outside sales by preparing insightful sales data and forecasts.
• Coordinate paperwork, inventory, pricing, and profitability.
• Facilitate personnel matters and maintain a safe facility.
