Job summary

SNIPES USA is seeking a District Manager to lead a group of store managers across South Carolina, driving sales, profitability, and operational excellence onsite. You will translate the company strategy into district goals, partner with HR, and open or renovate stores with cross-functional teams.

You will coach leaders, manage recruitment, and ensure staff training while building a data-driven culture and a high-performance team. Travel to stores is required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple store teams with a focus on sales growth and profitability.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities with a track record of success.
• Knowledge of retail operations, inventory, and customer service Best Practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of store managers to deliver sales and profit, operational excellence and inspiring store teams.
• Translate the Company Strategy into achievable district goals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support stores and company goals.
• Develop action plans for underperforming stores.
• Coordinate new store openings and store renovations with multiple departments.
• Partner with Human Resources on employee relations issues.
• Provide honest and effective leadership with integrity that builds a performance-driven culture.
• Role model sales floor leadership to motivate the team and maximize productivity.
• Manage, coach, and develop the individual store management; ensure training for SMs and staff.
• Identify high potential talent and develop plans to grow store talent and succession.
• Communicate clearly with store teams.
