Banana Republic is seeking a District Manager to lead a portfolio of stores, coach General Managers, and drive top-line growth. You will be responsible for operational excellence, merchandising execution, and creating a best-in-class customer and employee experience across all locations.

The role requires leading high-performing teams, leveraging data to inform district plans, and maintaining consistency with Gap Inc. policies while staying attuned to market trends and competition.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple stores and driving sales and profitability.
• Strong coaching and development skills for General Managers.
• Ability to travel overnight between stores.
• Comfort with merchandising and inventory planning.
• Strong communication and inclusive leadership.
• Flexibility to work variable days and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop and retain store leadership across your portfolio.
• Monitor performance and ensure results against targets.
• Lead district merchandising plans using data and seasonality.
