Job summary

Circle K is seeking an experienced regional operations leader in Denver to manage store programs, promotions, and financial performance. The role focuses on budgeting, cost control, and implementing marketing initiatives across the region.

You will lead Market Managers, drive recruitment, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and optimize P&L results while coordinating with suppliers and corporate guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience in the convenience store/gasoline industry preferred.
• Travel up to 50% annually and a valid driver’s license required.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Oversee programs, promotions and marketing initiatives as directed.
• Review sales, margins, and inventories to control costs and losses.
• Prepare annual budget, analyze variances and take corrective actions.
• Coach, mentor and recruit store operators and managers.
• Ensure health, safety and WSIB compliance at all sites.
