Job summary

Circle K is seeking a Store Manager for the Great Lakes region. You will lead retail operations, supervise staff, manage inventory, and uphold store standards on a high-traffic site at 5133 Alpine Ave, Comstock Park, MI 49321.

The role focuses on leadership, financial oversight, training, and strong communication. This is a full-time, on-site position with flexible shift availability and opportunities to drive store performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff on equipment and processes.
• Ability to supervise and manage CSR/ASM duties.
• Proficient with computers for reports, inventory, and cash control.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Organize tasks to keep the site clean, stocked and aligned with standards.
• Maintain professional image and supervise team performance.
• Schedule staff within guidelines to maximize service.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Prepare performance appraisals and provide feedback in writing.
• Ensure reports are completed accurately and on time.
