Job summary

Precision Tune Auto Care is seeking a District Manager to oversee financial performance, daily operations, customer experience and employee development across multiple locations.

You will coach Store Managers, monitor sales and KPI reports, recruit staff, ensure compliance, and drive growth through local marketing and service quality. This role requires travel between sites and strong leadership to maintain brand standards.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of multi-location automotive, retail, service, or comparable management experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of automotive service operations, sales, labor, parts margins, payroll, and controllable expenses.
• Proven ability to coach managers and hold employees accountable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and performance of all assigned stores.
• Monitor sales, gross operating profit, car count, ticket average, and expenses.
• Review performance reports and develop store action plans.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain Store Managers and staff.
• Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and brand standards.
• Address customer complaints and service-recovery matters promptly.
• Travel regularly between locations to manage district performance.
