Job summary

DC Burger Inc. is seeking a dynamic District Manager to oversee 8–12 BURGER KING® affiliated locations, drive operational excellence, and develop General Managers across markets. The role focuses on profitability, guest experience, and building a strong leadership bench while maintaining brand standards.

The candidate will lead remotely dispersed teams, monitor performance metrics, and implement strategic initiatives to grow revenue and maintain high service levels across multiple restaurants.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in hospitality business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5–7+ years of progressive management experience in high-volume food service operations.
• Weekend, holiday, and evening availability required.
• Motivational leadership style and a strong hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 8–12 restaurants, driving operational excellence and team performance.
• Set the tone, elevate standards, and inspire excellence every day.
• Coach, mentor, and develop General Managers and their teams.
• Own the P&L by optimizing labor, food costs, and operations for profitability.
• Drive revenue growth by monitoring sales trends and implementing targeted strategies.
• Lead from the front lines with regular visits and real-time evaluations.
• Conduct field-first operations to resolve bottlenecks on the ground.
• Support strategic execution by guiding managers through operational challenges.
• Champion guest feedback through weekly review of Yelp and Google reviews.
