Sun Tan City is seeking a District Manager in Training to guide multiple salon locations toward operational and sales excellence through clear expectations and consistent follow-through. You will lead by example, using data-driven decision making to drive results and uphold high standards across the district.

The role requires building strong, process-focused teams, coaching managers, and ensuring adherence to company processes while delivering measurable performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years of proven sales leadership experience.
• Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Schedule And Expectations
