Job summary

Sun Tan City is seeking a District Manager in Training to guide multiple salon locations toward operational and sales excellence through clear expectations, consistent follow-through, and data-driven leadership.

You will develop district sales strategies, coach managers, monitor metrics, and ensure adherence to processes while building strong, process-focused teams through hiring and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred but not required
• 3+ years of proven sales leadership experience
• Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective action plans to improve results.
