Job summary

Sun Tan City is seeking a District Manager in Training to lead multiple salon locations toward sales excellence, using data-driven leadership and clear process discipline.

You will develop district strategies, monitor performance, and coach managers across sites, traveling as needed to ensure consistency and growth in a fast-paced, results-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business or Marketing required.
• 3+ years of proven sales leadership experience.
• Willingness to travel within your district.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
