Sun Tan City is seeking a District Manager in Training to lead multiple salon locations toward operational and sales excellence. You will guide teams with clear expectations, data-driven leadership, and consistent follow-through to drive results.

You’ll develop district sales strategies, monitor performance, and coach managers to achieve targets while upholding company processes and standards. This role requires travel within your district and a focus on measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years of proven sales leadership experience.
• Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability and willingness to travel within your district.
