Job summary

Journeys is seeking an ambitious District Manager in Training to support store leadership across the Wisconsin district. You will partner with the District Sales Manager to drive sales, develop talent, and uphold brand standards in fast-paced teen-focused retail.

The role requires travel, strong coaching, and the ability to recruit, train, and promote high-caliber teams while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years retail sales experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist DSM in supervising stores within the district.
• Evaluate performance and develop action plans to improve sales.
• Staffing stores and managing loss prevention within district.
• Recruit, interview, and hire store management candidates.
