Job summary

Airgas, an Air Liquide company, is seeking a District Manager for Assonet, MA and Warwick, RI to lead a diversified team of branch, administrative, operating, and sales staff. You will own safety, top-line growth, EBITDA, and operational excellence, with full P&L responsibility for the district.

This role offers a salary range of 110–140K plus annual bonus, with daytime hours and extensive travel within the district.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Sales Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of three years in a business-to-business sales-related or sales operations role with prior team and P&L experience.
• Track record of profitable sales growth.
• Strong leadership and customer-focused results capability.
• Experience with SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate all Branch, Administrative, Operating, and Sales teams within the District.
• Own the District’s P&L and drive EBITDA and top-line growth.
• Ensure safety standards and operational excellence across locations.
• Develop and execute strategic plans, pricing targets, and customer strategies.
• Coordinate across Region and Area for alignment and execution.
• Travel within the District to various Airgas sites and customer locations.
