Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 7+ years experience in a relevant field.
• Proven record of sustainable sales success and profitable growth.
• Experience mentoring a team and stewardship of a P&L in a distribution setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide P&L care for branches and territory to ensure long-term fiscal health.
• Coordinate paperwork, inventory, pricing, and profitability to sustain operational health.
• Support and mentor sales teams to grow and meet safety and performance milestones.
• Foster collaborative development of employees with Branch Manager and hiring processes.
• Prepare insightful sales data and forecasts for leadership.
