Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience (ideally 5+ years in a relevant field).
• Proven history of advancing sustainable sales growth and profitable expansion.
• Experience mentoring a team and stewardship of a P&L in distribution (gases & welding supplies).
• Strong leadership with ability to develop and guide teams for at least 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Empower, mentor, and support the sales team toward safety standards and performance milestones.
• Provide P&L stewardship for branches and territory to ensure long-term fiscal health.
• Cultivate customer service and product knowledge for collaborative problem solving.
• Advocate for safety measures and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Coordinate hiring, training, and management of branch staff with the Branch Manager.
