Job summary

Securitas USA is seeking a District Manager in Abilene, TX to lead a high‑volume book of business across multiple sites. You will drive client relations, payroll and billing oversight, and workforce strategy to optimize profitability.

You will manage P&L with full accountability, mentor regional teams, and ensure service excellence while pursuing growth opportunities in a fast‑paced environment. Requires 5+ years of leadership and multi‑unit oversight.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of leadership/management experience.
• 3+ years of multi-unit operational oversight.
• Proficiency in understanding and managing P&L statements.
• Excellent client-facing and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-level client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and service quality.
• Oversee client-specific payroll, billing accuracy, and contract compliance.
• Drive workforce strategy, including staffing health and headcount forecasting.
• Reduce vacancies and turnover through targeted hiring and retention initiatives.
• Provide employee relations oversight, including escalated concerns and investigation support.
• Manage district financial performance with full P&L responsibility.
• Maintain workforce reporting and support strategic planning and resource coordination.
• Serve as primary regional partner to the Program Director for workforce planning and service delivery reviews.
