Job summary

Securitas USA is seeking a District Manager in Abilene, TX to lead high‑level client relationships, ensure service quality, and manage district operations. The role includes full P&L responsibility, payroll oversight, and staffing strategy to optimize performance in a multi‑site environment.

Base salary ranges from $65,000 to $70,000 with a $500 monthly vehicle allowance. This position offers growth, benefits, and the chance to influence security solutions for diverse industries.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of leadership/management experience.
• 3+ years of multi-unit operational oversight.
• Proficiency in understanding and managing P&L statements.
• Excellent client-facing and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage high‑level client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and service quality
• Oversee client‑specific payroll, billing accuracy, and contract compliance
• Drive workforce strategy, including staffing health and headcount forecasting
• Reduce vacancies and turnover through targeted hiring and retention initiatives
• Provide employee relations oversight, including escalated concerns and investigation support
• Manage district financial performance with full P&L responsibility
• Maintain workforce reporting and support strategic planning and resource coordination
• Serve as primary regional partner to the Program Director for workforce planning and service delivery reviews
