Securitas USA is seeking a District Manager in Abilene, TX to lead a large, high‑volume portfolio across multiple sites. You’ll oversee payroll, billing, and contract compliance while steering workforce strategy and resource allocation to drive growth and profitability.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of leadership experience, multi-unit oversight, and strong client relationships. A results‑driven, service‑m‑inded approach with a clean driving record is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of leadership/management experience
• 3+ years of multi-unit operational oversight
• Proficiency in understanding and managing P&L statements
• Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills
• Experience in high-volume environments preferred
• Ability to lead across diverse teams and cultures

Responsibilities

• Manage high-level client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and service quality
• Oversee client-specific payroll, billing accuracy, and contract compliance
• Drive workforce strategy, including staffing health and headcount forecasting
• Reduce vacancies and turnover through targeted hiring and retention initiatives
• Provide employee relations oversight and investigation support
• Manage district financial performance with full P&L responsibility
• Maintain workforce reporting and support strategic planning and resource coordination
• Serve as regional partner to the Program Director for workforce planning and service delivery reviews
