Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a District Manager to lead a large multi‑unit book of business across El Paso, TX and nearby areas. You will drive client relationships, operational excellence, and profitability while coordinating scheduling and resources across sites.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of leadership experience, 3+ years in multi-unit oversight, and strong P&L acumen. A valid driver’s license is required for travel across locations.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of leadership/management experience.
• 3+ years of multi-unit operational oversight.
• Proficiency in understanding and managing P&L statements.

Responsabilidades

• Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Lead, coach, and develop supervisors, account managers, and field teams.
• Oversee daily operations, including efficient scheduling and resource allocation across multiple sites.
• Manage district financial performance, including full P&L responsibility.
• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Perform other related duties as required.
