Avis Budget Group in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a District Manager to lead and develop a district of locations, driving operational success and profitability. You will partner with operations, sales, maintenance and risk, setting plans and targets to maximize revenue and market share.

The role requires strategic leadership, strong communication, and the ability to guide diverse teams across multiple sites while upholding corporate standards and customer focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent.
• 3+ years operations and sales experience, with supervisory exposure.
• Strong business, organizational and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent management and coaching skills.
• Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develops district operating plans to maximize revenue and market share.
• Studes and revises plans to improve profitability across locations.
• Sets monthly location KPIs and monitors performance.
• Oversees fleet and maintenance operations for assigned districts.
• Collaborates with Sales and Marketing to shape local strategies.
• Leads HR activities, staffing and staff development across locations.
