Avis Budget Group is seeking a District Manager in Seattle to lead and develop district operations, driving revenue, profitability and service excellence across locations.

You will guide city operating plans, manage budgets, and oversee fleet distribution and maintenance, while building partnerships with local organizations. A strong track record in operations, sales and people leadership is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field.
• Three or more years operations and sales experience, with at least one year at the supervisory level.
• Excellent management skills and ability to lead multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements and communicates city operating plans to maximize revenue and grow market share.
• Forecasts, budgets and manages key financial drivers of a city to include revenue and fleet size.
• Directs fleet distribution and maintenance activities across locations.
