Job summary

Circle K is seeking a District Manager to oversee store operations across multiple locations in Michigan. You will drive profitability and operational excellence, provide leadership to Store Managers, and execute company initiatives while supporting financial performance through cost management and team development.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a focus on training and developing store teams to meet performance goals.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with strong leadership and communication skills.
• Retail leadership experience, 3–5 years preferred, with proven ability to lead teams.
• Proven ability to manage costs, budgeting, scheduling, and training.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by monitoring sales, expenses, and operational metrics to ensure profitability.
• Manage controllable costs including labor, overtime, cash handling, inventory, and maintenance.
• Ensure execution of promotions, merchandising, and new product launches in partnership with Marketing.
• Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers to achieve performance goals and standards.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and training of store-level team members.
• Provide ongoing performance management including coaching, feedback, and corrective action as needed.
