Qualifications

• Gas station, convenience store, petroleum, or multi-unit retail management experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree OR 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience overseeing multiple retail locations or managing dealer/franchise relationships.
• Strong understanding of sales performance, profitability, pricing, and merchandising.
• Ability to analyze financial reports and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage an assigned territory.
• Ability to travel throughout Northern New Jersey.
• Ability to report to the Moorestown, NJ office once per week and occasionally travel to the New York corporate office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee approximately 25-45 gas station locations.
• Visit assigned locations at least twice per month.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and franchise operators.
• Monitor sales performance, profitability, and operational standards.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue and improve business performance.
• Analyze sales performance, pricing, margins, and P&L reports.
• Develop strategies to increase fuel sales and c-store profitability.
• Monitor competitor pricing and market trends.
• Support merchandising, promotions, and inventory management.
• Identify new business opportunities and dealer partnerships.
• Ensure locations meet company standards for appearance, customer service, and merchandising.
• Conduct site inspections and address operational concerns.
• Coordinate maintenance requests, repairs, and facility improvements.
• Monitor environmental, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Resolve dealer and customer complaints.
• Assist with dealer agreements, renewals, and contract compliance.
• Maintain accurate territory reports and performance records.
• Track sales objectives and recommend improvement plans.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve operational issues.
