MCK Group is seeking an experienced District Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of 5-6 gas station and convenience store locations across Hartwell and Lavonia, GA, and Seneca, SC. The role emphasizes profitability, staffing, scheduling, and adherence to company standards.

Responsibilities include coaching store managers, monitoring sales and inventory, and driving operational improvements while traveling regularly between locations. A strong leader with excellent communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead multiple teams across locations.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Experience in retail/food service or gas/convenience sector is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of 5-6 gas station/convenience store locations.
• Coach Store Managers and hold them accountable for performance.
• Visit sites regularly to ensure cleanliness, service, merchandising, and standards.
• Monitor sales, labor, inventory, expenses, and profitability across locations.
• Assist with staffing, recruiting, and training of managers and employees.
• Ensure pricing, promotions, and displays are properly managed.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety rules, and applicable laws.
• Address issues promptly and communicate concerns to ownership.
