Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts franchisee in Auburn, ME is hiring a District Manager to recruit, develop, and lead 5–6 stores. You will ensure operational standards including order accuracy, speed of service, product quality, cleanliness, and exceptional Guest Service while coaching teams to improve overall store performance.

We seek a proactive leader who can build talent, drive sales, manage controllables, and communicate plans that align with franchisee goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in a multi-unit management capacity, in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a quick service restaurant (QSR) is preferred.
• College degree in business or a closely related field is required or may substitute for experience.
• Self-motivated, highly energetic and good with people.

Responsibilities

• Leads Operational Excellence and the Guest Service Commitment, motivating the team to deliver passionate service.
• Builds Team Talent by hiring, training and coaching team members across restaurants.
• Drives Sales Growth and seizes business opportunities with a competitive mindset.
• Manages Controllables and Restaurant Compliance, identifying trends and root causes.
• Plans and Communicates clear strategies and ensures alignment across teams.
