Qualifications

• Experience supervising/store managers and operating store equipment.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Maximize store sales through customer service, product availability, and store presentation.
• Provide information on promotions and trends to management; report opportunities.
• Control costs by coaching managers on labor, cash handling, and expenses.
• Collaborate with marketing to implement promotions and new products.
• Lead vendor relations to ensure product availability and timely promotions.
• Manage profitability by supervising budgets, salaries, and inventory variances.
• Enforce policies, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide leadership to store managers, including recruitment, orientation, and coaching.
• Maintain professional conduct and ongoing professional development.
