• Ability to communicate in English (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to deliver excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked and well kept.
• Schedule employees within guidelines to maximize service and image.
• Build professional relationships with suppliers and resolve customer issues
• Prepare performance appraisals and train staff on safety and standards.
• Monitor daily sales and expenses to maximize profits; manage posters and signage.
• Work indoors and outdoors as needed, with varying temperature and noise.
