Job summary

Circle K is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and manage budgeting and staffing. You will supervise store managers and implement promotions in partnership with Marketing.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a customer-focused approach to ensure a profitable and compliant store environment. A valid driver’s license and English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of retail management experience or more preferred; including minimum of 2 years of management responsibility.
• Experience with MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word preferred.
• Must have leadership ability, good communication skills, be self-directed, self-motivated and customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations to meet financial targets and budget.
• Collaborate with Marketing to implement promotions and new products.
• Lead, recruit, train, and develop Store Managers; coach for performance.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and loss prevention policies are followed.
• Forecast budgets, analyze variances, and take corrective actions.
