Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers is seeking a District Manager to lead multiple restaurant locations, develop General Managers, and drive operational and financial performance in the Lexington, South Carolina market.

This hands-on leadership role requires spending significant time in restaurants, coaching leaders, and turning strategy into daily execution while ensuring food quality, hospitality, and adherence to company standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience preferred.
• QSR or fast-casual restaurant experience strongly preferred.
• Proven experience leading and developing General Managers.
• Demonstrated ability to improve restaurant operations and financial performance.
• Strong understanding of restaurant P&L, labor, food cost, inventory, scheduling, and profitability.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and restaurant operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, develop, and hold accountable General Managers and their restaurant teams.
• Spend significant time in restaurants observing operations, coaching leaders, and driving execution.
• Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing General Managers and restaurant leaders.
• Drive sales, profitability, guest satisfaction, and operational performance.
• Analyze P&L statements and restaurant performance metrics to identify opportunities.
• Manage and improve labor, food cost, inventory, waste, and controllable expenses.
• Ensure restaurants are appropriately staffed and schedules align with sales and business needs.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, food safety, cleanliness, hospitality, and restaurant condition.
• Identify underperforming restaurants and develop specific, measurable action plans.
