Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers seeks a District Manager to oversee multiple restaurant locations, develop General Managers, and drive sustainable operational and financial results. This hands-on leader will spend substantial time in restaurants, coaching leaders and ensuring high standards of quality, service, and profitability.

You will recruit, retain and develop restaurant leaders, manage labor, food cost, inventory, and scheduling while maintaining customer satisfaction and brand

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience.
• Strong coaching and development of General Managers.
• Proven ability to improve restaurant operations and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, develop, and hold accountable General Managers and restaurant teams.
• Spend significant time in restaurants to observe, coach, and drive execution.
• Analyze P&L and performance metrics to identify opportunities and drive results.
