Job summary

Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers seeks an experienced District Manager to lead a multi-unit restaurant portfolio. The role focuses on developing General Managers, driving operational excellence, and delivering sustainable financial performance across multiple locations.

You will spend significant time in restaurants, coach leaders, analyze P&L data, and ensure staffing and policies are executed to standard. Travel within the market is expected to support growth and new openings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience.
• Proven ability to develop General Managers and leaders.
• Strong understanding of restaurant P&L, labor, food cost, inventory, scheduling, and profitability.
• Experience in QSR or fast-casual environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, develop, and hold General Managers and restaurant teams accountable.
• Spend substantial time in restaurants observing operations and driving execution.
• Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing General Managers and leaders.
• Drive sales, profitability, guest satisfaction, and operational performance.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities and optimize labor, food cost, and controllable expenses.
• Ensure consistent execution of policies, procedures, and standards.
• Travel regularly within the assigned market to support openings and growth.
