Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks a Regional Manager to lead a group of retail branches across a defined area. You will guide branch managers and sales professionals, driving results through coaching, talent development, and strategic oversight to meet business objectives.

You will collaborate with product and line of business partners to improve customer experience, recruit and train staff, and manage the district’s financial performance and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Five or more years of banking and/or retail management experience.
• Four or more years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of managers and sales professionals across a group of retail branches within a defined geographic region.
• Drive results through talent management strategies and behavior-based coaching to develop reports to meet business objectives.
• Act as liaison between branches and support areas by leveraging relationships with product and line of business partners to enhance customer experience and achieve sales/financial results.
• Oversee recruiting, hiring, and training while ensuring adherence to staffing model guidelines within defined markets.
• Responsible for overall financial performance of the district, budget adherence, growing the customer base and expanding customer reach in Consumer and Business Banking.
