Job summary

Paris Baguette North America is seeking a District Manager to lead a network of cafes, driving revenue, guest experience, and operational excellence. You will mentor district managers, manage talent development, and ensure brand standards across locations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of progressive experience in high-volume retail or hospitality, with strong POS, inventory, and P&L skills. Willingness to travel and lead a dynamic, fast-paced team is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5–7 years of progressive related experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venues.
• 3–5 years of progressive management experience
• Strong knowledge of POS systems, with Toast experience preferred
• Thorough knowledge of inventory planning and management
• P&L capability and sales/marketing skills and abilities
• Flexible, upbeat, and visible management style with a track record of leading senior operations across a large portfolio
• Strong emphasis on developing and empowering teams and maintaining a high-performance culture

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop district-level managers to maximize revenue and cash flow.
• Ensure exceptional guest experience and adherence to brand standards.
• Oversee talent acquisition, retention and development within the district.
• Mentor and train franchisees and GM teams on policies and procedures.
• Monitor training needs and coordinate with training teams.
• Drive sales and marketing plans aligned with regional goals.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and local regulations.
• Travel across current and future locations to support operations.
