Job summary

Old Navy, part of Gap Inc., is seeking a District Manager to lead a portfolio of stores in the San Francisco area. You will coach General Managers, drive customer and employee experience, and ensure operational excellence, merchandising execution, and profitable sales growth.

You will attract and develop a strong team, monitor performance, create district merchandising plans, visit stores to drive behavior, plan for contingencies, and stay aware of market conditions while ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to drive results in multi-unit, high-volume retail.
• Ability to build merchandising capability and coach stores to sustain performance.
• Experience building diverse, high-performing teams with inclusive environments.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer experience across channels.
