You will role-model standards, develop talent, and work across fast casual locations to meet financial goals while maintaining food quality and safety. This position demands energy, adaptability, and a hands-on leadership approach.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of district management experience in a fast casual setting.
• Responsibility for 6+ locations and team development.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Hands-on hiring, training and people development.

• Maintain high food quality, hygiene and restaurant standards.
