Job summary

Big Brand Tire & Service in Covina, CA is seeking a District Manager to oversee 8–12 store locations, execute company initiatives, and drive financial performance. You will develop high-performing teams, ensure safety and customer service standards, and manage operations across the district while traveling as needed.

The role requires leadership, automotive and retail experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in automotive repair and retail sales with management experience.
• Strong tire knowledge and tire-related services desirable.
• Proven leadership in training, coaching, and motivating teams.
• Excellent customer service and communication with integrity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Suite.
• Ability to travel regularly and spend significant time on-site.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and insurability under company vehicle policy.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in automotive repair and retail sales, including management experience
• Strong knowledge of tires, tire-related services, and mechanical repairs is highly desirable
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in training, coaching, and motivating teams
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a high level of personal integrity
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Suite
• Comfortable speaking and presenting in small to medium-sized groups
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well under pressure
• Willingness to travel regularly and spend significant time on-site as needed
• Valid in-state driver’s license and insurability under company vehicle policy
