Job summary

Jimmy John's in Durango/Farmington is seeking a District Manager with a primary focus on developing people and building a high-performing team culture. You will mentor, train, and grow store leadership while ensuring operational excellence and a consistent guest experience.

Lead multiple locations, apply EOS tools, analyze KPIs, and drive district-wide performance, labor control, and profitability as part of a values-driven franchise group.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-unit management experience (QSR or fast casual preferred).
• Proven track record of developing high-performing teams with emphasis on EOS People Component.
• Hands-on experience with EOS tools and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement district-wide training programs aligned with EOS Vision/People components.
• Mentor high-potential team members for future leadership opportunities.
• Use EOS tools to measure and adjust training program effectiveness.
• Partner with store GMs to ensure consistent training standards and coaching.
• Oversee operations across multiple locations while upholding brand standards for speed, quality, cleanliness, and service.
• Conduct regular store visits to assess operations and reinforce expectations.
• Support stores in achieving financial goals including labor, food costs, and profitability.
• Analyze store performance using KPIs and district scorecards to guide action plans.
• Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement aligned with CHC Unified and EOS.
• Lead weekly Level 10 Meetings to address issues and drive action plans.
