Job summary

CHC Unified is seeking a District Manager to lead multiple Jimmy John’s locations with a primary focus on developing people and building a high-performing team culture. You will mentor, train, and grow store leadership, ensure operational excellence, and drive store-level performance aligned with our vision and brand standards.

You will foster a bench of future leaders, uphold CHC Unified values, and create a consistent guest experience while managing district-level KPIs and coaching teams

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-unit management experience (QSR or fast casual preferred).
• Proven track record of developing high-performing teams, with emphasis on the People Component of EOS.
• Hands-on experience with EOS implementation, including self-led rollout of foundational tools such as Accountability Chart, Level 10 Meetings, Scorecards, Rocks, and V/TO.
• Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, supporting a cohesive and accountable leadership team.

Job Title: District Manager – Training & Development FocusLocation: Durango/FarmingtonReports To: Director of OperationsPosition SummaryAs a District Manager, you will lead multiple Jimmy John’s locations, with a primary focus on developing people and building a high-performing team culture. You will be expected to mentor, train, and grow store leadership, ensure operational excellence, and drive store-level performance.
