gpac is seeking a District Leader to oversee multiple high-volume locations, develop top talent, and drive operational excellence across the district. This hands-on leadership role keeps you in stores, coaching managers, solving challenges, and building a winning team that consistently delivers results.

You will conduct store visits, audits, and business reviews to uncover opportunities; drive sales growth, profitability, and labor performance; recruit and mentor Store Managers; ensure safety

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-unit leadership experience in retail or related operations.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&Ls, labor, and key metrics.
• Exceptional coaching, communication, and leadership skills.

• Lead, coach, and support multiple store locations within your district
• Drive sales growth, profitability, labor performance, and operational execution
• Recruit, develop, and mentor Store Managers and future leaders
