GPC is seeking a Market Director, Store Operations to lead the operational performance across multiple store locations in the assigned market. You will report to the Divisional Vice President of Store Operations and drive operational excellence, compliance, and a customer-centric culture.

You will mentor store managers, analyze P&L and inventory, collaborate with sales leadership, oversee inventory, conduct store visits, and focus on employee engagement to sustain growth and profitability.
