You'll conduct store visits, lead initiatives, and partner cross‑functionally to remove obstacles while maintaining safety and company standards, with travel across the district required.

Qualifications

• Proven multi-unit leadership in retail or fast‑food environments.
• Strong coaching, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience managing P&Ls and labor metrics.
• Willingness to travel across the district.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support multiple store locations within your district.
• Drive sales growth, profitability, labor performance, and operational execution.
• Recruit, develop, and mentor Store Managers and future leaders.
• Conduct store visits, audits, and business reviews to identify opportunities and improve results.
• Champion exceptional customer experiences across every location.
• Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and company standards.
• Lead initiatives, process improvements, and growth strategies.
• Partner cross-functionally to remove obstacles and keep stores performing at a high level.
