Qualifications

• 5+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a high-volume or full-service environment.
• Proven leadership ability with experience managing and developing teams.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, P&L analysis, and cost controls.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, health regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
