The District Leader at Peet’s Coffee is responsible for building, leading and inspiring a team of Store Managers and Peetniks to meet service, quality and financial targets across locations in the district.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of multi-unit management in premium service, a track record of growing sales and the ability to recruit and develop leaders while traveling to support business needs.

Qualifications

• At least three years of multi-unit management experience in premium service or food.
• Proven ability to grow sales while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Experience recruiting and developing Assistant Store Managers to Store Managers.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead and inspire a high-performing district team of Store Managers and Peetniks.
• Set clear expectations and coach direct reports to achieve targets.
• Execute Peet’s Playbook and brand initiatives with strong execution.
• Deliver positive sales, traffic and profit results across Coffeebars.
• Travel locally and nationally to support business needs and development.
