Dollar Tree in Columbus, OH seeks a Store Manager in Training to learn how to run the store operations, merchandising, and signage to create an inviting shopping environment for customers and associates alike.

You will recruit and develop associates, supervise daily activities, ensure compliance, and support opening/closing procedures while implementing corporate directions to drive store profitability and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years retail management experience preferred.
• Experience with hardlines or variety merchandise; BIG BOX experience a plus is preferred.
• Strong productivity management in freight processing required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment; lifting up to 50 lbs as needed.
