Rent-A-Center in Columbus, OH is seeking a District Manager in Training to prepare you to lead a district by developing skills to inspire Store Managers, drive operations, and foster a diverse, winning culture.

You will coach teams, achieve sales and profitability targets, manage credit and collections across stores, and uphold audits, inventory control, and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of retail management experience.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Proven decision-making, conflict resolution, and hiring skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and budgeting abilities.
• Excellent spoken and written communication for mentoring teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead through coaching to maximize retention and promotability of coworkers.
