Qualifications

3–5 years of retail/management experience.
Completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program during training period.
Computer literacy/proficiency in store operation applications.
Valid state driver's license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

Sales: set daily/weekly goals, oversee coworkers' sales activities, approve rental agreements, monitor revenue and growth.
Account Management: oversee collections, follow up on accounts needing manager intervention, train staff on procedures for collections.
Leadership: manage store profits via resource control, policy compliance, inventory, pricing, cash handling, and problem resolution.
Coworker Management: train and develop staff, schedule activities, recruit and hire, improve customer service.
