Qualifications

• Ability to pass a background check.
• Licenses: Property & Casualty and Life & Health, or willingness to obtain.
• Series 6, 63, and 26 licenses required.
• Access to startup capital (no startup fees charged by Farmers).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and completion of the University of Farmers District Manager Program.
• Suitable district office location with at least two licensed district staff at appointment.

Responsibilities

• Coach new and experienced agency owners to drive profitable growth.
• Build a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Develop strategies to expand market presence and improve agency performance.
• Mentor agency owners on business planning, operations, and sales development.
• Strengthen Farmers brand through community engagement and relationship-building.
• Run your own district office and build an internal team.
• Create and implement long-term strategic growth plans.
• Lead the district, design growth strategies, and shape culture.
• Support owner success and build a network of high-performing businesses.
